Technical Director appointed to Authorised Representative
Treuen. - Tino Pietzsch, technical director at InduKey, is appointed on 1st January 2011 to the authorised representative of the GETT Group. So he stregthens the company management of Tobias Möckel and Erwin Götzl. The 41-years-old men is one of the employees of the early days; since 1997 he is employed in the company. Right from the start, he was responsible for the development of the GETT-own production, that is named Indukey.
"The production started under conditions, that it hardly deserved this name", recalls Tino Pietzsch with a smile. Today, the production is a modern production complex with a high production depth. Currently, more than 90 employees work in the area of production; in the 1st quarter of 2011 we hired 15 new employees.
"The continuous growth of the production is simultaneously an indicator of the enormous growing efficiency of GETT and Indukey", knows Tino Pietzsch. For him the appointment to the authorised representative is a high recognition, which he wants to satisfy as good as he can. He sees one of his main tasks in the arrangement between different interests in the company and in the optimisation of the entire operation. As a link between the company management and the employees he may influence especially the internal processes in a positive way.
